About speaker:
Dmitrijs Kots, Head of Building Information Modeling and Management Division at “State Real Estate” Latvia. State Real Estate is the most active customer of construction projects in the public sector and takes the responsibility of promoting sustainable construction and digitization in Latvia. State Real Estate have developed guidelines and requirements for ordering BIM in public procurement, as well as sustainable construction guidelines based on green construction principles. Dmitrijs is responsible for implementation of BIM and sustainable construction and train other organizations working in the public sector on BIM use. Dmitrijs was one of leader of BIM implementation group initiated by Ministry of Economy and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and infrastructure project management.
